  1. Step 1: Pick a player

    Any skater on either roster of any game with a Canadian team. Change your mind as often as you like before the game.

  2. Step 2: Puck drops, picks lock

    The moment the game starts, your pick is final. No late entries, no edits, no exceptions.

  3. Step 3: First goal, points, board

    Points land the minute the first goal is scored. The board updates live. Top the board and win the cup's prize, announced before it opens.

How points work.

One table, the same everywhere on the site. Bonuses are worked out on the base points and only apply to the top three results.

Both bonuses can land on the same call: a Flames fan calling a Flames scorer in an all-Canadian game earns 1,000, plus 25%, plus 50%.

Seven cups. One season title.

The season is split into cups. Every cup starts at zero and ends with a winner, so you can join in January and still win one. Prizes are announced before each cup opens. Your points from the four regular season cups add up to the Season title.

The rules, in short.

Five lines cover it. The full rules are the ones that count, and they are always one tap away.

  1. You can play if you live in Canada. You must have reached the age of majority in your province or territory (18 or 19, depending where you live). Quebec residents, see section 1.
  2. One pick per game, on any game with a Canadian team. Skaters only, no goalies. Change it until puck drop, then it locks.
  3. Right scorer, 1,000 points. The assist, 250. Right team, 100. On the ice but not in on the goal, 50. Bonuses for your own team and all-Canadian games. Wrong pick, nothing lost.
  4. Prizes go to the top of each cup board and to the Season title. What they are is announced before each cup opens. Weekly boards are for bragging rights unless a prize is announced. Preseason has its own board, and those points never carry into the season.
  5. Nothing to buy, nothing to bet, nothing to deposit. One account each. Cheating gets you removed.
